After a couple of weeks of head bashing - the io provider feedback
in buf_t structure is in better shape and working.
This should also fix the build errors relating to etc/sched.d.
This should also allow me to make better progress, as I wont
be debugging code which basically worked, but confused me due to my
own brain cell deficit.
Next up is to look at the build errors on Fedora 15 or 14, which users
have been reporting to me - thanks for that (even if I havent been
able to respond to the emails).
